You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less the cost of shipping. We'll also pay the outward and return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you are returning goods, you must inform us immediately of your decision and in any case no later than 3 working days of purchase. You will be liable for the shipping cost to return the goods to us. We can arrange collection on your behalf for which there will be a charge depending on the number and size of the items purchased. You should expect to receive your refund (less the outward shipping cost of £19.50+VAT) within 25 days of giving your package to the return courier, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly but please allow for delays in shipping to allow us to inspect the items upon their return. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
The goods must always be in their original condition and in their original, undamaged packaging. We would ask that you wrap the items in some protective material or place inside another box to avoid any damage to the outside of the box. As I’m sure you can appreciate, any return items must be in a resalable condition as we do not want our customers to receive goods in boxes that are in any way damaged or defaced. This is our promise to you as a customer and we must enforce it should you wish to return any item.
You will not be liable for a full refund if the goods are returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
